POWER TECH CORPORATION INC. ENTERS
THE PUBLIC MARKET

February 17, 2005 – Power
Tech Corporation Inc. (“Power Tech”)
(TSX Venture: PWB) announces the listing of its
common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange Inc.
(the “TSX Venture”) at the opening
of the market on Thursday February 17, 2005 under
the ticker abbreviation PWB.
As previously announced,
Power Tech’s qualifying transaction closed
on February 11, 2005. On the same day, the company
targeted by the qualifying transaction completed
a private placement in the amount of $2,000,000 in
order to meet the minimum listing requirements of
the TSX Venture.
The common shares of
Power Tech issued in connection with the qualifying
transaction, as well as the common shares already
issued, will be listed on the TSX Venture.

will allow the company to pursue its development
as set out in its strategic plan and to intensify
the deployment of its commercialization strategy.
Many commercial versions of our products are currently
being introduced to large manufacturing companies,
distributors and users in the heavy equipment industry
and we are ready to manufacture significant product
volumes to more rapidly penetrate the market” says
